International Drilling Equipment is seeking a Technical Recruiter.
The focus of the Technical Recruiter is the implement and administer HR Policies and programs concerning the acquisition of IDE's talent.

Human Resources Director Primary job
Responsibilities:
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Partner with the hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruitment process.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Create and post job postings internally and externally.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate interview results.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Serve as a point of contact for applicants during the selection process and provide timely status updates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, schools, associations, and advertising media/job boards.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
Work with the marketing team to create engaging job postings and recruitment materials.
Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations as well as company policies.
Travel and participate in job fairs and career events as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in the Foundation Drilling or Heavy Equipment Dealers industries or related fields.
Maintain a Valid Driver's License PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred Skills:
Ability to create and implement recruitment strategies for various technical roles.
General understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Ability to manage time with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Knowledgeable with general computer skills (spreadsheets, documents, e-mail) including the ability to create new or modify existing documents and maintain organized files.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (JazzHR ATS experience a bonus) Work Hours and Environment:
Working hours are M-F 9am to 5:
30pm Work Environment is an office that is air-conditioned/heated according to the season This position reports to the Rural Hall, NC, location

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
